Three individual balconies surround the apartment, 2 being south facing to enable you to enjoy the warm sunshine for 12 months of the year. Complete with patio table chairs and parasol.

Private Luxury Apartment sleeps 4 / 5 (2 bedrooms) with air-conditioning/heating.

Lounge: Living area with two individual balconies with stunning views of both the sea and the marina. Dining room table & chairs. Sofa bed, flat screen TV, radio. MP 4/cd player.

Fully fitted kitchen. Fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 ring cooker and microwave. Full crockery and cutlery sets.

Bedroom 1: One double bed complete with fitted furniture.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds and fitted wardrobes.

Linen/Towels: Bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring beach towels.

Maid Service: The apartment is thoroughly cleaned at the start of each rental

There is private car parking in the underground car park together with a private lift to take you straight up to the apartment. For added security there is also a video phone in the hallway.
