Accessibility
The apartment complex is gated comunity and access is only available to owners or guests. The apartment has a video intercom entry and is serviced by a lift from the underground car park to the apartment. There is also plenty of secure outdoor parking at the complex.

The balcony is equipped with an outdoor table, recliner chairs and two sun lounges
Coast/Beach
Albuferia has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world with clean water and soft golden sand such as Peneco (just a 10 min walk), Fishermans beach , Gale and Sao Rafael. Just a short walk from the apartment is Albufeira Old Town with its whitewashed houses, generous array of cafes, sports bars, restaurants, street entertainers, excellent music venues and late night boutiques and shops. The Algarve is renowned for its fail attractions which include ‘Slide and Splash’ water park
Golf
Want to play like the pros? The Algarve if famous for it’s golf courses which are played by beginners and pros alike. Just 10 minutes away is Salgados golf course, also close by are Balsa and Pine Cliff golf courses and within 20 minutes are the 6 championship courses of Vilamoura. Travel/ Transfers
The complex is situated between central Albuferia and Albuferia near the dolphin round about. All amenities are within walking distance including mini supermarkets, internet cafes, restaurants and bars. Buses to theme parks and other tourist attractions can be booked. A car is not necessary unless you wish to travel further a field and if you fancy lunch in Spain is just an hour away. Low coast transfers can be arranged to and from Faro airport which is just 30mins by taxi.

50% non refundable deposit on booking. Balance 12 weeks prior to departure date. £150 security bond is payable which is refundable in full providing the accommodation has not been damaged (see full terms and conditions on booking form
